Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Carboost online store, published by Candide Sedjro, sole proprietor operating under the trade name Carboost (Sport Business Solutions), SIRET [TO BE COMPLETED], 395 Rue du Colombier, 31670 Labège, France ("the Seller"), to any consumer ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are connected car accessories (CarPlay adapters, smartphone holders, chargers). The essential characteristics are presented on each product sheet. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Any delivery charges are indicated before the order is validated. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4 – Order
The order is validated after cart confirmation, acceptance of the GTC, and payment. A summary confirmation email is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered at the time of payment, via a secure platform (SSL encryption). The order is shipped only after full payment has been received.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, in mainland France and in the European Union. The indicative delivery time is 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation (preparation: 24-48 hours; shipping: 6 to 12 working days). A tracking number is communicated by email. In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a delay of more than 30 days from the indicated delivery date, the Customer may terminate the contract and be reimbursed. Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise it, the Customer must notify their decision by email to candidesedjro@gmail.com. The product must be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging, within 14 days following notification. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error by the Seller. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.
Article 8 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code — 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request the repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a refund.
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product or non-compliance with installation instructions. The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to a force majeure event.
Article 10 – Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 11 – Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact customer service. Failing an amicable resolution, they may have free recourse to a consumer mediator ([TO BE COMPLETED]) or to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 12 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts will have jurisdiction under common law conditions.
