Delivery Delay or Issue

In case of unusual delay, contact us at candidesedjro@gmail.com: we will open an inquiry with the carrier within 24 hours. In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, if delivery has not occurred within 30 days of the indicated date, you may cancel your order and be fully refunded.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your address when ordering. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address resulting in the return of the package, a new shipment may incur additional fees.
